Due to hygiene considerations, all jewellery are final sale.
All Choose What You Pay items and sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
All Re-Worn items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes unless deemed faulty.
Swimwear can only be returned if hygiene stickers and tags are still in place.
All sample items purchased from our surplus stores are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. As these pieces are provided in a pre-production stage, they are not considered final products and therefore cannot be assessed as faulty.
If returned items are not in saleable condition or are final sale, they will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
