I placed my order online can I return it in store?Updated 2 months ago
We are happy to accept online returns (except orders made with PayPal) and exchanges in all stores for Full Priced items within 14 days of receipt (date of delivery). For security reasons, refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Sale items are only eligible for store credit returns or a size exchange only. Sale returns will only be accepted in our Surplus Stores, and will not be accepted in our Boutique Stores.
Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund, credit note, or exchange unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law. ‘Final Sale’ items will be clearly identified on the collection page, product page, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email.
