How do I place a Click and Collect order?Updated 16 days ago

To place a Click & Collect order, please select “Pick Up” at checkout and choose your preferred store with available stock. 

Orders placed before 12pm will be ready within 4 business hours (store trading hours apply), while orders placed after 12pm will be prepared the following business day. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready to collect.

When collecting, please present your digital order confirmation email, as we’re unable to release orders without it. If someone is collecting on your behalf, they’ll just need to show the same confirmation email.

We’ll hold your order for 7 days from the time your 'Ready for Collection' email is sent. If it remains uncollected, our team will be in touch to assist; uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded.
