How can I return my order?Updated a month ago
We offer 14 day returns on full priced items that are in unworn, unwashed, original condition with tags attached. All final sale items, including earrings, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless deemed faulty.
To return an item, please process a returns request through our Returns Portal using your order number and postcode, email, or phone number used when placing the original order. Once this is completed you will receive a prepaid shipping label in a separate email. Please check your junk mail folder if you don’t receive it in your inbox.
If you would like your refund processed to the original payment method, return shipping is charged at a flat fee of $15.00 per return, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, opt for an exchange or store credit to receive a free return shipping label.
Once we receive your return, please allow our returns team 2-5 business days to process your return or exchange.
Please note that if you are returning The Ease Chair, a return shipping fee of $80 will be deducted from your refund or store credit once the return is received and inspected. We recommend carefully considering your purchase before assembling the item, as returns cannot be accepted if the chair has been put together or is no longer in its original condition.
