Yes, Click and Collect orders can be returned in line with our stores' standard return policy.
- Full‑price items (not marked sale or final sale) can be returned at any of our stores within 14 days of collection for a refund, store credit or exchange.
- Sale items can be returned only to the surplus store where they were collected, for a store credit or exchange.
- Final sale items are not eligible for any returns or exchanges unless deemed faulty.
- Click & Collect orders cannot be returned online by post.
