Can I exchange my online order?Updated 10 months ago

We offer 14 day returns or exchanges for a different size on full priced items that are in unworn, unwashed, original condition with tags attached. 

All final sale items, including earrings, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless deemed faulty.

Simply lodge your return on our online returns portal and follow the prompts to exchange. Once this has been received and reviewed by our returns team, we will process your exchange order. Please note we can't hold exchanges and items may sell out before your exchange order is processed, in these instances, we will refund you instead. 

Alternatively, you can visit your nearest store to facilitate an on the spot exchange for your online order, subject to stock availability. Items purchased in store can only be returned back to any store for an exchange or return.
