End of Season Sale FAQs
Items marked as 'Sale' are eligible for store credit returns or size exchanges only. Credit note returns will incur a $15 return fee. Size exchanges are complimentary. Sale returns can also be returned to our Surplus Stores for a store credit or exch
Can I return items that are final sale?
Items marked with a 'final sale' banner cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange (unless faulty). We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment. If final sale items are returned to us, they will be shipped back to the cust
Can I use discount codes for items on sale?
Unfortunately no, discount codes cannot be used on 'Final Sale' or 'Sale' items. However, you can still use e-gift cards.
If something sells out, when it is restocked, can I purchase it at the discounted price ?
Unfortunately, it will not be available at the discounted price if it is restocked.
I purchased an item before the sale and it is now discounted, can I have a refund for the additional spend?
Unfortunately no, this offer is not available on previously purchased items.
I made a mistake on my order, can I change it?
We are unable to edit or cancel your order once it is placed through our online store. Please be mindful when checking out to ensure the items in your cart, your shipping details, and payment details are all correct before ordering.
