If your order is being returned to sender due to an incorrect address, or if it was not collected from your local post office within 10 business days, please reach out to our customer care team with your correct address and we can organise for this to be resent.

Please note a $10.00 shipping fee applies for all orders to be resent. If you would rather a refund, a $15.00 return fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
