I have received a faulty/damaged item in my order.Updated a month ago

For any garment that has been deemed faulty by Assembly Label, we can provide either a repair (denim only), replacement, or refund for you. 

If your item was purchased in store, please return it to one of our stores to have the item evaluated. Once it is deemed faulty, store staff will provide you with a refund or replacement. 

If your item was purchased online, please create a return request here and select the return reason to be faulty, upload photos clearly showing the fault, and provide a brief description of the fault.

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with the return label to send back your item.
