For any garment that has been deemed faulty by Assembly Label, we can provide either a repair, replacement, or refund for you.
If your item was purchased in store, please return it to one of our stores to have the item evaluated. Once it is deemed faulty, store staff will provide you with a refund or replacement.
If your item was purchased online, please send through a clear photograph of the fault, a description, and proof of purchase to our customer care team via chat or email, and we will get this resolved for you.
