We know that sometimes you may need to make a quick change after placing your order, so we offer a 15-minute window to update your order with ease. During this time, you can add or remove items, apply a discount code, update your shipping address, or cancel your order entirely. 

Once the 15 minutes has passed, your order becomes final and can no longer be edited or cancelled. This helps us maintain a smooth and efficient experience from checkout through to delivery. While we’re unable to make changes after this point, we completely understand that circumstances can change.
